[Now that things have calmed down a little and Hyzenthlay has started to come to terms with the giant man-thing now taking up a sizeable plot on the grounts, she's back to working at her burrow. There's no real need to add extra runs or burrows to it, but it's something for her to do, and it could be said she's making up for lost time.]
[At first she doesn't realize she's kicked her journal open as she darts between runs and burrows, and it picks up the soft scrappling and schuff-schuff of dirt as she kicks clumps here and there as she arranges her living space to her own preference.]
[When she does notice it, she attempts to move it, taking the corner in her mouth and trying to drag it out of the burrow altogether. She finally drags it topside, and settles herself down on it for a moment of quiet contemplation.]
I hope whatever was the cause of the sadness is over. From what I understand, too many Stopped Running.

I think it's over.

I'm not even sure what happened.
[She just woke up in the giant man-thing surrounded by the tharn and zorn.]

[Chell slowly stands up and shuffles toward the door, journal in hand.]
I'll come outside and explain, if you want. I didn't see you where I was, or on the other ship, so I know where you must've been. Nobody explained, did they? Well, I'll try. Where are you?
no subject
[And then a small pause.] What is a ship?
no subject
[Chell thinks of how to explain.]
Did you ... wake up somewhere odd, about a week ago?

[She was upset by proximity.]

[OOC: My internet is still crap. If you get two replies to this, ignore one? :/]

Well.]
...Easter Bunny?
[To be perfectly fair, the only time he met the guy was as a therapy rabbit when he was old and senile.]
WHAAAT i Icould have sworn i replied to this D:
[El-ahrairah had imporant things to attend to, she was sure of it.]

So, are you on a loss, or do we seriously have more than one rabbit around here? I mean, no offense, but we never really had any, then all of a sudden two.
no subject
A Loss? No, I lost my Marks. [She thinks about what he said, about there being two rabbits.] I haven't seen any others, besides Bunny and myself, no.

[He settles down so he can be a little more on her level and tilts his head curiously.]
I'm York. You been here long?

[When he settles closer, she darts back a couple feet. He still looks like a hrududu for the most part, but after a moment she recovers some of the distance, sticking her nose forward and sniffing him.]
Hyzenthlay. Hrair, it seems.
no subject
Hyzenthlay...hrair? Is that part of your name or something else?
no subject
Hyzenthlay is my name. It means fur-shining-like-dew.
[She sits back and consciously grooms herself for a moment, and inwardly she can't hep but to marvel, still, at the lack of scarring she'd had since a kit. She looks back up at him.] It actually does, here.

Now I understand. Who are your people, if I may ask? I have never heard death be spoken about this way.

Oh, but I'm talking too much. What were your people like?

My village is called Kanatahséton, but I have not been there for some months. So perhaps I have moved on, too.
[But......... hold on a second] What do you mean by rabbits?

[Oh, that's right! He can't see here from this 'journal', can he?]
