I still have a few questions about this place, but while we're all here, there are places of employment, right? This isn't me accepting my fate here yet, so no confusion there, but I'm a lot better at doing something while looking for or waiting for answers than I am at doing nothing while looking for or waiting for answers.

Well, not that I've yet found the best place to start looking for answers, but I'm working on that. It's a ... careful process.

I doubt there would be anything like what I did back home to do here. So I think as long as it was something where I could at least use some of the skills, I would take it.

From what I have managed to discover, there are plenty of jobs around here. However, none of them seem to fall under the category of 'exciting' or even 'particularly dangerous.'


Unless of course you were looking for something horribly mundane, such as sweeping floor or cleaning dishes?

And she's confused, because last time she had seen Lauren, she had been in a hell of of a confrontation with her, and Lauren had wound up shot. But, now that she's here, somehow, this could be ... interesting, to say the least.]

Taking out excitement and danger makes the options either somewhat mundane or horribly mundane -- I was afraid of that. The latter, however, would make this place feel a lot worse than it already does.
