I feel like it's been awhile since I've had a day to just spend in the library, researching things mainly. [Especially like how to run a school-- or how to fix up a building. Or even how to teach a class. These are all pretty important things.]
So if we are needed, Sunny Baudelaire and myself will be found in the library for most of the day if we are needed or if anyone would care to join us. [Meaning VFD members are more than welcome.]
[Lemony]
This most expressly means you.
ooc: open to action as well!

--Proper teaching etiquette, [Another book.]
And of course Sunny has found a lovely cook book. Perhaps she has switched the block of wood with something sweeter.

You are invited of course. [Violet looks back at Lemony before answering his question]
I was thinking of learning more about electronic engineering.

Flarchu [Which clearly translates to "I would very much like to make desert for all of us tonight. Won't you please join us, Mr. Snicket?"]

What sort of electronic engineering projects do you have in mind? [inwardly, he's surprised that Violet isn't more interested in steam power, given the recent race and her past penchant for creating things relevant to the situation at hand]

I am sure they both would enjoy that.

I think all we need are some fresh lemons.
[Violet flips back a few pages.] It's something I've wanted to revisit since I built some of the devices for the clinic.

And maybe you can teach me how to make those code sandwiches while we're out.

Sous. ["I would also need assistance preparing the lemons. Would you like to help me, Violet?"]

It doesn't mean you can't learn things.
