Um, hi. I have an idea, but I could use some advice. I don't want to step on any toes or get backlash from the castle. I'm thinking of setting up a sort of meditation garden...like a zen garden, but with more plants? I thought it'd be nice to have a quiet, comfortable place outdoors, where people could go to meditate or pray...somewhere quiet and peaceful. With all the stress the castle causes, we could probably use a good place to relax.

Um. I could also use some gardening advice. I've never been in a position to have a garden before.

Hm. It didn't snow? I would think the castle would like to use the weather against us.

We had a huge earthquake, that was terrifying. But no snow. Or it was gone by the time I arrived here at leas.

It was a good way to mess with our heads, that's for sure. The castle had some damage for a few days.

Yeah, let's hope not. I'm surprised the castle let itself be damaged. I was guessing it had a form of narcissism.

I think it was mostly to try to trap and/or injure us. It repaired itself quickly enough.

That's disturbing to say the least. Why injure us? How does it gain from any of this?

Some sort of sick, perverse pleasure? I've been attacked by aliens, had some friends attack me when they were possessed with an evil spirit, not to even mention the earthquake. It's like we're guinea pigs for some mad scientist who just likes torturing us to see how we'll react.

It's okay. Believe me, I know how scary being out of control can be. I just wish we knew what the castle got out of all this. Entertainment just doesn't work for me as an answer. It works too hard for it.

If you figure it out, let me know. I'm convinced that finding the reason why is the key to finding out how we got here, and how we can get home.

You're probably right, yes, but no one I've spoken with seems very hopeful about finding out the castle's mysteries.

You're right. It's one of the castle's closely guarded secrets, along with why the castle's chooses its guests.

I'm not sure the information exists, outside of whatever mind the castle has. Certainly, there are no records in the library. Even if we managed to come up with a theory, based on facts, how would be test it?

And how exactly would we use it anyway? I don't see the castle giving any of us up until it's good and ready anyway.

I don't know. It's not a god. It can't be all-powerful. Everything has a weakness. We just have to find and exploit it.
