Team Harding: Day One

[By now you should have already woken up to your surroundings. Your camp is near a clifface, overlooking the sea. Nearby are long, metallic trailers, full of hi-tech tracking equipment and enough space to sleep four people. Each has a kitchen and a bathroom, too. In the distance, is the jungle, but it seems largely quiet today]

[Dairine makes a disbelieving sound before leaning back into Galadriel's touch and relaxing. Usually braiding hair hurts a little, but Galadriel seems to make it feel as soothing as any massage... almost as if by magic.]

[Not magic, just a great deal of skill and practice.] Several of my cousins had hair the color of yours. We called the two youngest Ambarussa- "top-russet."

Better than "ginger." Do you have many cousins?

I had eleven cousins; there were fifteen of us in total, if you include me and my brothers. [A little nostalgic smile] And I was the youngest of the lot.
