Team Tembo: Day one

[By now you should have already woken up to your surroundings. Your camp is in the jungle, surrounded by tents, vehicles and cages full of dinosaurs. Wander around, check out the armoury, wonder why there are a bunch of dinosaurs in cages, or get yourself a tent]

[She nods] Mine are, too. But whatever it is at least we're together, right?

That's right. [he strokes her cheek, kissing her softly]

[kungfuwitch]

[Phoebe smiles against his lips, pressing her cheek into his hand. No matter what happens they can get through it together. It can't be anything worse than that space ship, right? She can't let that one event scare her. Most of the other things this castle has done have been far less lethal and they've gotten through each and every one just like they'll get through this one.]

[he can't imagine this being worse than the Event Horizon. For one, Phoebe is here from the start. That already makes it easier]

Listen, we'll help these guys out if we can. We just have to wait until that Tembo guy leaves.

[kungfuwitch]

[She nods, smirking a little]

I don't think he likes me very much.

[spongetastic]

Let's give him a reason to like us even less, then.

[She laughs, taking his face between her hands and kissing him]

Ooooh I knew there was a reason I married you.

[spongetastic]

[he laughs, kissing her back] These guys won't be happy. Hope you're ready for a fight.

I'm always ready to fight for what's right.

[She sighs happily, gazing into Peter's eyes. She really does love this man with all her heart and moments like this make her love him even more]

[he shrugs] We're heroes. This is what we do.

Yes we are. [She grins, feeling the old adrenaline rush she used to get when she and her sisters would have an innocent to save. Granted this "innocent" is a dinosaur but it's the same idea.]
