You know, I could get used to the castle giving out free cruises instead of the other options. I haven't felt so relaxed in a long time.

[Open to writing and action- she will be out on the ship's deck, sleeping and/or sunbathing.]

[Have a Conan attempting to sneak past the deck without being spotted. You'd almost think something was hunting him.]

[Jennifer spots the familiar little shadow and lifts herself up slightly for a closer look. If Conan is desperately trying to avoid being noticed, she'll ignore him, but if he wants to talk, she'll talk.]

[He hastily scurries around behind her chair and crouches behind it.]

If Sugar comes up here? I'm not here! You haven't seen me!

[Jennifer chuckles and sits up, making sure her beach towel is hanging over the side of the chair, helping to hide Conan.]

Dare I ask why?

She's human and she wants to play.

[Jennifer has to stifle a louder laugh at that; instead, she casually lay back down.]

I've never met Sugar, but I assume that's a bad thing?

Say no more. You can hide out here as long as you want- or in my cabin, since sitting behind a chair sounds awfully uncomfortable.

Maybe she'll get bored and move on to something else if she can't find you, then.

It's certainly a damn sight better than the last ship we were all on.

[says M, from her own chair nearby. she knows she should check in with everyone, but honestly, it's about damn time she got a holiday, and she's going to enjoy it]

I'll drink to that. I haven't slept this well in months.

[Jennifer is writing because what is lifting her body to actually talk to someone.]

[M laughs, amused by the degree of her inaction, but the smile dims quickly]

It does make me fear a bit for the others, though. I hope they're in an equal degree of luxury.... though if they aren't, there's nothing we can do about it straight away, and we'll know soon enough.

[Some of Jennifer's own good mood fades; this was a sobering thought.]

Me, too. I'd like to hope they're all at a resort, and we're headed there to meet up with them.

Think of it this way: if they're not? Whatever happens, we'll be well rested enough to help them cope with it when we see them next. As concerned as I might be, I've a feeling opportunities like this aren't handed out often, and we may as well take advantage.

That's also true. No sense worrying about anything bad happening until- and unless- it does.

[But later, she'll go make sure there's an infirmary available, and if not, try to get together a makeshift one just in case.]

Precisely. And if it does, we'll do all we can. For now, however, I think I'll just enjoy the sun... maybe have a swim in that pool I saw earlier.

Same here. It seems like I so rarely get any time to sit back and relax and just do nothing. There's always some crisis or other to attend to.

I guess- this must mean some of us got split up and sent to two totally different places. Because all I see is a cruise ship and the ocean.

Dude, this totally happened back with the pirate thing! Half the castle gets to risk death while everyone else gets margaritas and sunshine.

Oh my god, you're so lucky you weren't there for that. We went over this huge waterfall at the end, it was bogus.

Uhh, I'm pretty sure no one did? I was on the cruise ship. Didn't really see any of the cannonball stuff.
