Which dragons? [ He let loose the three that were aboard the ship the same time he freed the wolves, sending them to find Henry and Arya while the dragons returned to their mother. ]

Those reptilians beasts without wings?

[ She shifts her weight to sit there, content to be close to the wolf. ]

Must dragons have wings?

Aye, else they are not dragons.

[ He tilts his head, watching her and the direwolf. ] Dragons fly, they are masters of sky and flame.

Serpents, then. A knight's bane?

[ She can think of few other words to define it. ]

Serpents? Mayhaps. I have heard some call them "dinosaurs".

That is an inelegant name. I much prefer dragons or serpents, perhaps you too know of a better name for them?

[wolfskin]

I fear I do not. Serpents seems adequate to me.

[heloise]

Clumsy giant serpents. [ And she chuckles to herself. ]

I am. [ And he should be tended to. ]
