I haven't heard from you. Where the hell are you? I will hunt down your ass, and kick it if you don't answer me.

If anybody sees a blonde British guy, let me know. He's probably hanging out at a bar or something.

Adam Monroe. He's a good friend and I'm worried about him.

[her initial response is a hushed whisper that may as well be a muttered curse] Mr. Monroe.

[then, more firmly] We met aboard the Lewis and Clark. He's a good man. I'll keep a sharp eye. Your name, for if I should find him?

[she can't see it, but Peter is smiling. For someone to describe Adam as a good man... He wonders what Adam would think of that]

Peter Petrelli. Let me know if you hear from him, please.

Petrelli. ... You're Phoebe's husband, then, if memory serves?

That's right. I'm guessing you met her on the Lewis & Clark, too. I asked her and Adam to stick together.

I actually knew her before that, but yes, we worked together there. They were both very concerned about you, in particular. I'm glad you all made it back in one piece. That was a nasty bit of work for everyone involved...

I'm glad we made it, too. ... Hope he made it this time, too.

I hope so, too. Cold comfort, I know, but... If it does turn out he's gone, perhaps he had the fortune of being lost in whatever shuffle brought us here. Like baggage missing a layover, if you'll pardon a horrid metaphor.
