All done with dinosaurs.
Well, I for one am glad Dinosaurs are extinct. What a bunch of bastards.

Hey, you guys make it out of dino hell alright? No one's missing any limbs or anything?

So, what are you going to do about Sunny?

[Church stares at the journal for a while longer, writing filters to Natasha and crossing them out. He's just not up to another argument. Maybe he can get into the workshop in Stark Tower and get out without any problems. Avoid things for a bit longer, until he can figure out what's going on.]

They didn't think "Oh, hey, humans. Let's make their lives hell." They were just doing what comes naturally.
Although, the literal term "bastards" probably applies.

Humans have done a lot worse for a lot less.

I never said humans weren't bastards too.

Church
As I am her guardian, I was planning on having her come and stay with me. I realize that you do not exactly hold me in the highest regard, but I am not about to keep Sunny from those she considers her friends. If she tells me she would like some other arrangement, I will respect it, but I still plan to do my duty to her while she is here in Paradisa, as it is regrettably impossible for me to do so in her home.
Lemony
[That's all Church wanted to know. That Sunny had someplace to go and someone to look after her that gave a shit. Even that guy was a total git. More importantly Sunny liked and trusted Lemony... respect may have also been a word mentioned at some point.]

Then, yes, at the moment she is staying with me.
[he's not sure if he should admit that he's kind of worried about how to cope when she goes back to being a two-year-old. she may not entirely be an infant, but there are still some aspects of caring for someone that young that he knows he isn't well versed in or likely prepared for, having not ever been a parent, himself]

Action
[JARVIS's rich aristocratic voice poured over the speakers just after Church entered the key code to get past the lobby. Natasha looked up from the treadmill and shut it down, a towel dabbed across her face to blot perspiration and she looked to the monitor.]
JARVIS, what level is he headed to?
It would appear Mr. Church is headed for the workshop, shall I alert him you're coming?
No, no I'd just like to talk to him on my own.
[The AI went quiet and she tossed the towel over her shoulder and jogged down the hall to the elevators. She'd be arriving at the workshop shortly after him.]

[He headed for the elevator and punched the button for floor number five. He'd just get in, grab the tools he needed and back out again. No big deal. It wasn't like he could bring his old body out here right now anyway.]

[JARVIS went silent after that, while Natasha was riding down on the elevator. She sipped from her water bottle and tried not to think too much on what might be said, until it was said anyway. She was just checking on him to make sure he was ok. That's all.]
no subject
[He got out and started looking for what he needed. Nothing fancy that JARVIS would object to his borrowing. Stuffing each thing into the bag he brought.]

[Seventh floor....sixth floor... The workshop was on five so she would be there shortly. The elevator settled with hardly any detectable motion and a soft chime. Nat turned toward the shop and headed down the hall.]

[Ok, he's going to hold the journal away for a second here... because the way you explain it Wash, makes it sound unfortunately amusing. Once he's not in danger of laughing.]
Hey, those little bastards were kind of vicious.
Church
If York hadn't been there, I probably wouldn't have gotten away with all the bites.
