[ Silva opened his eyes and slowly got to his feet. His face was bloodied. His normally tidy blonde hair is ruffled and body ached more then it usually did.
There were a number of things he hadn't expected within the past hour. He hadn't expected Bond to blow up Skyfall, He hadn't expected that explosion to take out his helicopter driver and as a result cause it crash into the burning building resulting in another bigger explosion that took him down in the process.
But what he really didn't expect...was to wake up in a hedge maze. What exactly was going on here? Had James brought him here? ]
A game?...at this stage in events Mr Bond?
[ He sighs and shakes his head. Oh well might as well play along since there's no where else for him to go. Onwards he goes sounding out of breath and occasionally collapsing from exhaustion]
Marco....
[OOC: Open for action or over the journals...take your pick!]

of course he brought the taste of blood with him when he arrived. somehow, she shouldn't have been surprised.
she should have been even less surprised at the fact he was there, at all. she'd got off rather light through that whole dinosaur business, after all, and even the Event Horizon could have been a worse cock-up than it had been.
still, her mind was already racing as she moved to lock the doors to the bar. he couldn't know she was there. not even in the slightest. she had to do something. fast. before someone who didn't know any better told him everything he needed to know.]

Or you know...somebody tells him where he is. Whichever happens first.]

Definitely action
Well, there's one way to test it out. She walks up closer to the edge of the hedge, a little wary in case it's one of the castle's more malicious tricks.]
Polo?
Action all the way.
What could a little one be doing out so late?]
Very good, very good little one.
Would it be too much trouble for you to show yourself? I fear I may have gotten myself a little lost.

After some consideration, Dairine starts to climb up the hedge. The leaves russle as she progresses up and up, until her scowling face pops up over the wall.]
I'm not that little.

Snapping her book closed, she starts moving away from the sound of footsteps. She wouldn't want to make this too easy for him, whoever it might be. ]
Polo.

And it's not mothers either...it could be another one of James's floozy's? The man was known for them after all.
He reaches for his gun only to find it had been taken. He sighed in an over dramatic fashion. This was starting to be a massive inconvenience now.
Might as well play on and try to find the exit.]

Oh let's do action
Bloody hell.
He slows, stepping carefully behind the nearest hedge as he waited for the man to come closer. He wasn't going to engage him unless he had to but he had to watch him. M was in the castle, after all, and he was sure as hell not going to let Silva near her until he knew the full picture.]
How could we not?
He stares into the distance...is that a castle he can see? Where on earth had Bond dropped him? There wasn't another castle near Skyfall house for miles.
He allows himself a small chuckle before proceeding towards the castle. He keeps his guard up though. He knows there's a possibility there might be somebody watching.]
Because we're gluttons for punishment?
Bond would shoot him down, now, and call it done if he didn't already know that he'd be back in two weeks and likely even more insane from the trip. For now he just follows him, trying to glean what information he can about the man's mental state.]
That sounds about right.

I'm pretty sure you won't be findin' a guy named Marco around here.

Well aren't you just adorable? Hmm hardly the most cutting edge of devices, but there is something about a talking book that I just find so...cute!
I would love to know how you work.
no subject
Wouldn't we all. If you find somethin' out, feel free to let us in on the secret.

But of course.
I would hate to exclude the other boys and girls from the fun and games.

I may be a little too old for that category.

[So that is why Katniss grabs her weapons, and heads towards the castle swiftly. Silently praying she's not too late.]
Dictated
[Why, yes, that was Chinese. Someone has been burying themselves in their research again.]
Dictated
But I'm afraid I know everything I need to about China thank you.
[His tone is quite dry...China is still a touchy subject for him despite the Island in Macau.]

Hope I'm not too late! Just got back from a weekend out of town.
Possible. But knowing the castle's past history? Not very likely.
Conan wanted to know more.]
Isn't it late to be starting games?
Welcome to the Silva party...don't forget the complimentary bag of crazy at the door.
Why is everybody coming from this book so down on games?
Are you all so afraid just to be a little spontaneous now and again?
Just like home, then
Yep.
