[ Isaac spent literally the entire day sleeping off a bout of wolfsbane poisoning that he isn't actually aware of, and he's still kinda out of it as a result, so he'll freak out way harder about the mysterious new locale later. Right now he's starving, so he smells his way down to where all the food is and pokes around the kitchen lethargically in a white t-shirt and sweatpants, hair messy and feet bare, looking for snacks. He's the very picture of dignity; someone come say hi and he'll reach stuff on the tall shelves for you! ]
[ Apparently, Isaac eventually gets his hands on some food, because you can hear the crunching of something loud like chips over the open page. He's even marginally more aware now! ]

His ultimate destination was the stables, but he half thought Yfandes would meet them before that, since he knew she knew he was bringing her a treat... ]
Well, we can start with the journals. As you might have figured out, they're a communication device, either via our voices or writing. It records any and all transcripts passed through it, so if you are bored on a rainy day... And don't worry about losing it. The castle simple won't allow that. Somehow, it will always be with you. I wish I could examine that bit of mage craft, but it's as much an enigma as the castle itself.

Cellphones... ah, you might need to explain to me what those are. We don't have them in my world.
[ He gave him an apologetic smile, pushing through the front doors and outside. ]
And that is a thing up for debate, but the general belief is yes, it does, and a fair bit of magic to to boot. Though, it has never given us an idea of why it might want us here, but theories abound of course.
