Even Cloud has to admit that if he is dead, it had to be the most anti-climatic death ever. He was only on a delivery, riding Fenrir to the outskirts of the city. He's not even sure how he could die from doing that.

No, something else is going on and he needs answer. That was the thought that finally drew him to opening the journal and beginning to dictate.]

[He finds a chair and sits down, reclining with the journal in his lap. Only then does he continue.]

Well, I am sure you would make quite a few people upset, but there's nothing actually stopping it from doing so anyways. It brought you here after all.

You might not have to be for it to play its tricks. No one actually knows how the system really works, but we are sure wishes do act like a tab of sorts.

Yes. I think the majority of us do. But I have found things here that make me happy to stay too. It's a double-edged blade that way.

Well, I wouldn't say that. It depends on what a person needs at the time, I would think.

When they are sad, or lonely, or they find themselves scared of something. Sometimes something cute just brightens their day, and that's all they really need.

Then they can get a Chocobo.

I hear there's one in the stables. Have you seen it?

Hmm, yes, now and then. It tends to stay away from my own beast, and probably best for it.

My dragon-horse, Svitana. He is carnivorous, unlike most of the animals in the stable, but I keep him well fed enough that none of the others look like plausible food options.
