I have been within these walls for some moons, in that time much has happened. [ the castle turned into a crazy death ship, people died, and since then it has continued to change on them without much of a pause. ] These events have left me with a troubling weight on my mind.

Between us all there are many who have the power to fight, to protect, to defend against the dangers posed to us. Yet we also have many who cannot fight, those who are in need of protection, and yet we exist in anarchy with no dedicated force to protect those who are in need or it. We fight like sell swords, each man for himself and perchance others should he feel so inclined.

I am aware that there may be reasons behind the lack of togetherness; difference of opinions and strong willed individuals unwilling to take orders, nevertheless as King of my land the situation fills me with grave disappointment. [ he inhales calmly, voice leveled. he speaks as robb the king, the young wolf, king and leader of an army who won many battles. ] I am not demanding that this change, but we should consider it for inevitably a danger will be posed to us that requires more than the chaotic force we stand as now- a danger that will require leadership, an army, and strategies no one can accomplish alone.

New leaders would be chosen, leaders capable of command an ensuring we all stand tall. Allowing previous failure to define us is by no means right.

You misunderstand, I am not giving orders nor declaring myself as leader. I am pointing out facts and an eventuality that simply cannot be ignored. Collectively we have power, yes, however we lack discipline and strategy. I am proposing only that people consider what I have said, we will have need of a collective force with proper leadership in the future of that I have no doubt.

I have no desire to force people into an army, I have already stated to others that should the idea be widely accepted only those willing to participate will be brought into the fold.

Now if that is all ser, I will urge you to be on with your day for you have nothing constructive to contribute to this proposal and I no longer wish to stomach further insult.

You might not like what I have to say, but that doesn't mean it isn't constructive or useful.

People here don't really do "in charge"... there are a lot of reasons why it doesn't work here. For one thing no one sticks around long enough. So all that discipline and strategy get's lost to whims of Wonderfuck.

There are ways to work around the nature of this place, of people leaving upon a whim. Training is not lost with one person's disappearance, nor the structure of an entire force if it's leaders are wise enough to put things in place to prevent such a thing from happening.

What do you do when the leaders are removed and people can't decide on who to replace them? Or if no one wants the job? That's what killed the last group.

What do you do as you loose people and you don't get any new recruits? That's what killed the one before that.
