Alright people, we've just lost power. There's no reason to panic. If the power's still out in an hour, I'm going to recommend that we all move to the ballroom to conserve resources. I'll be down there shortly to get things set up if needed.

This is Agent Carolina, calling all floor captains to meet with their floor members and if possible evacuate to the ballroom. This is our shelter-in-place in the case of an emergency. While the power being out isn't an emergency, I'd rather be safe than sorry. Those with fighting experience, I'd like to ask you to defend our shelter-in-place and escort anyone who needs it to and from. Bring blankets if you can, it could get a little cold.
