I have examined several people now, and there does not seem to be any medical reason for our sudden bouts of silence. Everything still appears to be intact, it just... does not work properly. That does not rule out the possibilty of some sort of disease, but we're not... broken, I suppose I would say.

Of course, whenever something like this happens, my first thought is "the castle did it", but I am puzzled as to why it felt the need to silence us.

It does not sound like any holiday I know, but having been in this place for more than a year, nothing would truly surprise me.
