I was going to say something about this being--uh, being my two year anniversary, but this whole perpetual darkness thing we have going on is sort of distracting.

Not to mention the sounds. Those aren't very nice. Pretty sure it's not just me.

I'd rather be kicking something's butt than whirling around in the dark every time I think I hear something behind me. I'm going to have a heart attack at this rate. Or have an accidentally-punching-someone-in-the-face attack. On that note, it's not a good idea to approach people from behind right now. Are we actually in mortal danger, or is the castle just trying to be cute since it's Friday the 13th? Boo, let's be spooky and--

[And, as if on cue, there's a gasp as Stephanie gets the distinct feeling that someone's gonna grab her from behind. FOR REALS, THIS TIME. Aaaaand there goes the lamp beside her bed. CRASSSSSHHHH.

A sigh.]

I see how it is, Paradisa. Happy freakin' anniversary to you, too.

He's had a rough time. You coming back is probably the best thing that's happened to him since you left, so I get why he wouldn't be eager to ruin it with this.

[Dick feels a pang of guilt. (SO MUCH GUILT, OYE) If he hadn't left, none of this would've happened...

He should have been there. He should have been there. He could have stopped it. Could've- could've done something.

The question now is does he confront Damian, hear his side of the story, deal with it and move on, or does he say nothing, and trust that Damian will eventually come to him with his?]

Uuh [kinda hard to focus on his own problems readjusting to the castle after hearing that.] I've had better days? [nights. whatever time of day this is. Stupid Bat-crazy sleeping cycle.]

Aha... no kidding, right? [Wince. She feels a little bad for dumping that on him, but it had to be done.]

Yeah, just- do me a favor? Don't mention any of this to Damian. [He needs to figure out how he's going to handle this.]
