I understand the need for examining the bodies, I do. But I shouldn't have to remind some of you that they are more than just corpses. These are people, and you would do well to remember that. Have some respect for the survivors, for Light's sake. Don't make it a bigger scene than it needs to be.

The bodies should be brought to the bloody clinic for examination, not crowded around like waxworks at a carnival.

I understand the need to keep the integrity of the scene in tact but yes, I agree that they should be moved before one decides to pick through the pockets of the deceased.

[Dairine pinches the bridge of her nose. Yeah, that... had been something. She won't admit to actually being there, since that would give away her invisiblity gig, but she'll definitely comment on a certain someone else.]

If this is about that kid running around examining the bodies, I'm sorry he offended. He's a bright kid but somewhat dense when it comes to emotions.

I admire your interest in defending your friend [or ward, because while it sounds like the words of another young person it very well could be the words of a parent] but he should learn his place as well as his manners.

Probably her overly hyperactive imagination. After seeing those bodies, most things seem to appear more hostile than they should be.]

[She was less sticking up for him, more telling it like it is. Dairine has known Conan since day one; she knows how stubborn he is. While he may be quick to learn, when it came to things he sees as illogical or irrelevant, Conan could be infuriatingly dense.

And sadly, other people's emotions were pretty high on that list.

She doesn't write back, since she's too busy trying to sort through everything happening right now. However, Dairine will definitely be giving Conan a talk later, make no mistake.]
