[ Tonight, Remus has done it. He's upheld a promise to a new and already very dear friend to take care of a very important family heirloom: James' invisibility cloak. The Castle had just granted his wish to take it from home so he could keep it safe in Harry's stead, as Harry's loss prevented him from being able to have it himself. It lay on his bed near his pillow, folded neatly and in pristine condition, as it always seemed to be.

Smiling a little to himself, Remus sits down on his bed and flips his journal open, writing in a quick filter to Harry in order to let him know. ]

I've got the cloak now, Harry. I'll be putting it aside in one of my drawers for now, but it's here and rest assured, it will be looked after properly.
Just thought you should know.

[ With that task finished, Remus makes to close his journal and set it aside, only to flinch when his thumb slides along the edge of a page, drawing blood. ]

Ow -- oh blast it, bloody paper cuts are a menace ...

[ He curses quietly, before he pauses, sucking on the cut on his thumb as he addresses the rest of paradisa. ]

By the way, does anyone know what might be the best thing to use to help scars heal faster?

I think I heard Lily say something about Muggle moisturizers that have chocolate in them... At least that's what I think I heard.

Oh, shut it. [ He chuckles quietly, though you can tell he's rolling his eyes. ] Paper cuts are the worst and you know it!

I still have salve left, I just wanted to see if there were any better options.

[Harry saw the message from Remus and felt a great weight lift from inside of him. He had secured what was most important to him. His father's cloak. Smiling, he began to reply.]

Thanks, Remus. I don't know how else to thank you, than to get you a butterbeer from somewhere or meet up with you and decide on how to thank you. [At his last question, Harry frowned.]

I think dittany is good at healing cuts.

You know what? A butterbeer would actually be very nice right now. I haven't had one in ages.

[ He laughs quietly, shaking his head despite knowing that Harry could not see him. ]

It is, but ... well, I suppose you could say I'm doing a bit of research. There are all sorts of people here from other worlds, after all.

Ok. Then let's have one together. [Harry loved butterbeer and always had done, ever since his first visit to Hogsmeade. The illegitimate one under the Cloak.]
