16th Elevator-Action/Voice (Loss start)

[honeytoes]

[ So Gary for some reason or another decided that a nap in one of the nice comfy chairs in the lobby would do him some good. He's not one hundred percent sure why...that's something old guys do. He's not old damnit!

But  when he comes to he notices that something is different...his flabby build is gone for one thing.

He opens one eye gingerly and looks down.]

Uh oh...that can't be good.

[ He stops...that voice.

It's not his own and yet it is oh so familiar.

He dashes to find a mirror or a reflective surface, albeit taking a moment to adjust to his now lighter frame. Making his way to the kitchen he catches a look at his reflection in one of the taps.]

Oh fuck me....

[Still staring at his new face...partly in shock and partly fighting back traumatic memories.]

Oh nothing...you know the usual. You fall asleep and next thing you know, you've not only swapped genders but you've swapped bodies with a friend.

Happened all the time in my neighbourhood.

Yeah I should have moved years ago but you know what the housing market is like.

[He pauses for a moment, before talking mainly to himself.]

I wonder if this means I'll have to drink white wine spritzers now? No wait Lin could knock back beers like a pro...I'll be fine.

Well at least that's something. I would join you for a few pints but I'm skint.

Oh you know...this and that. A do a little technician work for the clinic and run the occassional betting pool.

On top of being the office eye candy as well.

Didn't know there was a clinic around here. The fact that they need one makes me nervous.

Eye candy? Isn't that subjective?

Ho boy...you really are new.

And sure it is...but you get to my age alot of things are subjective.
