[There's a sound that might possibly be described as the frustrated jingling of bells over the journal followed by an equally vexed sigh]

Oh, you have to be kidding me. Wearing this getup once was bad enough but it was never the only thing I could wear...

[There is already a small pile of duplicate elf costumes spread over her bed as the castle has replaced nearly her whole wardrobe.

She roots around in her closet, treating the other residents briefly to the sound of scraping hangers, muttering.]

I'm going to freeze in this thing...

[She finds, finally, a cache of coats and sweaters in holiday colors, in varying shades of tacky, but at least they're something.]

Not that I know of. It seems like the castle decided I should match the decorations. [Another sigh]

The second one, yeah. I had a job as a Santa's helper at a mall last Christmas and this is what I wore.

No, that's nice of you, but I'll deal with it. Just because I look like fun park reject doesn't mean I'm going to hide in my room forever.

The castle replaced all my clothes. Unless there's somebody here who's really resourceful and really bored, that is...

[sighs] Well, at least I won't have to spend too much time picking out clothes in the morning?
