[Seventh Floor People Filter]
[There's a large inhale, before a confident voice spoke up clear and sharp over the journal.]
I'll be quick, since I'm sure some of you would rather not sit here and listen to me talk for longer than necessary, but I'll be acting as the seventh floor's captain for this evening. For those of you who don't know me, I go by Rookie.
Currently there are preparations going on to escort people down to the ballroom, given the events going on at the moment, but know that it is optional.
I'm not going to force anyone who doesn't want to go.
But for those of you that do, I'll be waiting out in the seventh floor's hallway to take you down.

[And once those filters were out of the way, true to his word, the ODST can be found casually leaning against the wall of the seventh floor hallway. On high alert, given the tension in his posture and the way one hand kept moving towards his pistol whenever he noticed some unknown movement from the corner of his eye or unexplained sound, but in general he appeared outwardly calm.]
(ooc: Open to those on the seventh floor. o/ Both over the journals and actioooon. Which includes just, generally bumping into him on that floor but yes.)
