[Tim stares at his journal for awhile, contemplating all of the different things he has read and said in the past year he has been here. It still boggles his mind to think that he has been here for that long. So much has changed and yet there are other things that have remained the same.

When he had first arrived, if someone had told him he would still be here a year later, he would have been defiant and ignored them. These days, he's more comfortable with being here than he has ever been, and he's not sure how he feels about that.]

I remember last year's Valentine's Day was an introduction to how crazy this place could be. I think this year's Valentine's Day definitely one upped last year's in that regard. Hopefully, nothing toocrazy happened to anyone.

[All of that being said, there was one good thing that came out of all of the shenanigans from last year...]

Forgot, for awhile, that we... got here at different times. Just feels like forever, now.

Yeah, it really does at times. There are days when I wake up and still think I am still in Gotham. I am having less and less days like that.

[There's an audible sigh when he goes for the filter, but she just doesn't have it in her right now to argue about secret identities.]

I honestly don't know.

It was nothing more than a short fright, if it was to be anything. I would not say it more shocking than the last, as it was over much more swiftly.

Knowing this place, probably something incredibly cheesy that includes hearts and a real life cupid.

If it wasn't for the two of you, I don't think I'd be able to find any good in this place.

[He's met plenty of people who he likes in the castle, but having Steph and Cass around made it possible for him to be open to meeting new people here. Although most of them are no longer in Paradisa.]

Eros has no hand in this. I do not see any new loves sprung from this day.

Well, around a year ago this time, I kissed someone who I thought I would never kiss again, and I am sure she felt the same way when she kissed me back. The two of us decided to take a chance on one and other, and despite all of the craziness that has happened since then and now, I think taking the chance has been well worth it.

To be honest, I don't remember what I did last May day. Which I guess means it was probably pleasant and non-eventful in the good way.
