[ There is a hint of annoyance in Silvas tone ... the nightmares he'd recently suffered seemed very real. In fact more so then they usually did. He can usually be cold and calcuating when it comes to the castles shinanagans but reliving his time in captivity? reliving the beatings, the waterboardings, the constant screams of his fellow prisoners?

Totally did not want Paradisa! ]

As much as I appreciate the grand castle makeover ... I was looking to get a general consecus amongst my fellow sleepwalkers.

Shall we all just pretend that never happened? I mean what is the typical coping mechanism for dealing with unfortunate events such as our latest one?

You cannot blame a guy for wishing he wasn't so vunerable ... so naked.

[It's still better than the ship from hell. Even the nightmares inspired by it pale in comparison to the actual madness from that evil place.]

You seem to be taking it in your stride ... Isn't it typically the other way round in our little conversations?

Take it as a lesson learned.

It's easy for him to get mad about small things, to rage and rant and then let it go... big things, truly traumatic things are another story.]

That does seem to be the healthier approach to take.

Given that the alternative is to let it eat you alive... yeah. It is.

[Oh joy. He's back around again. Dairine hadn't really noticed when Silva first was revived, since she had had her own mess of trouble at the time. She ponders to herself how much more he might create before deciding that was Conan's job to worry about. As for her, she thinks going back to that same old dance (pretending she doesn't know while keeping an eye on him) is the best move for now.]

Alcohol seems common for you adult folks.

Oh that seems like such a waste. Good liquor is something to be savoured ... not used as a crutch.

Tell that to the majority of adults here, not me. They seem to use it for any occasion... especially getting over rough experiences.

Dependancy can be such a terrible terrible thing.

So tell me ... how do you cope with troubling times miss?

Me? I just power through them.

[In other words, lock herself in her room and avoid human contact.]

Keep your head down? Get on with day to day life as normal?

Only if you don't really care what people see bleeds from your dreams. What are they going to see in yours?
