20th car - homesick [Dicated]

So yeah is it possible for people who once were dead to come to this castle and be alright and alive? Losing my memories kind of made me wonder about that.

I have heard of that happening, yes. It's like this is an afterlife for them.

Alright. Makes you think though... is it better to be dead or be here like in an afterlife? I guess it would be nice for me but maybe not for them. Epically if they look the same as when they died.

Yeah, I think it would depend on the person and their circumstances. Especially if they arrive injured, which has been known to happen.

It seems like it- but, now that I think about it, the few times I've heard of it happening, it's been when people have gone back home for a while. They fall asleep for at least a week, then come back with more memories of home... but are sometimes hurt when they do so.

That seems weird. Why would the return home and then get more memories? I don't see the point of it. Unless the castle wants the to suffer more.

That'd be my guess as to why it happens, yeah. Or else to keep everyone who comes from the same universe on the same page as far as their memories and experiences go.

Yeah. I guess it would be strange if my mum for example was taken from a time a different time than mine.

Yeah, exactly. Everyone I've known that's come from back home has been from months or years before the point in time I came from... so none of them can even tell me what my loss was.
