[Fenris is prone to extreme paranoia anyway, he didn't need the castle's help in this. He's currently pacing through the halls, muttering in Arcanum under his breath. Oh, and he's glowing. As much as he hates his lyrium markings with all his heart and soul, they are useful in some things. At least his way is lit a little, with a soft blue glow.

He's still thoroughly pissed off with everything, though, as he dictates into the journal]

And to what end will there be in plunging us into darkness? Does it perhaps hope to pick us off one by one, whilst we are vulnerable? [He pauses, listening, he thought he heard some magic going on down that hallways :|]

Evacuating residents to the ballroom and once people are settled there, starting patrols. [That second part's mostly her, but welp.]

[He stops, listening, narrowing his eyes.

One hand moves to his sword, ready to murder whatever it is that's following him]

[Rounding a corner, Daine comes upon the glowing Fenris and quickly shields her eyes for a moment. It's only a brief moment, though. She soon drops her hand and seems fine as she approaches.]

Have you come across anything?

[He offers her the smallest of smiles, recognition that she isn't a threat, before shaking his head]

Nothing but noises and shadows.

[She makes a face at his answer, unsure of whether she likes it or not.]

That seems to be the general consensus. I've yet to come across anything personally, and I've heard nothing of actual encounters.

Dairine is walking down the hall with a small (but relatively bright) point of light following next to her. When she notices a... glowing... person ahead of her. Huh. Must be a species thing.

Is she following him? Well, not intentionally. They're just heading in the same general direction.]

[Fenris notices her, and tries to ignore her. It doesn't last for long however, and he stops turning and narrowing his eyes]
