 This is a bit of a strange question, but has anyone else been seeing the ghost of a turkey running about?

I was wondering if anyone else was going to talk about it. It's a little weird, even for this place.

It wasn't exactly something I expected to see. There have been ghosts here before, but nothing like this.

I'm guessing it has something to do with Thanksgiving? Which is weird for a whole bunch of other reasons. How many Americans do we have here anyway? I wonder what the stats are.

Thanksgiving? [Will sounded a little puzzled.] I think my Uncle Bill mentioned that in one of his letters once. Is it this time of year?

This week! It's the fourth Thursday in November. And I guess we're being haunted by the main course of years past.

That does seem strange. Why would we be haunted by the ghost of a meal from an American holiday? With such things, there is usually more of a reason.

No kidding. I've only run into ghosts once before and they were from something a lot more serious than dinner.

Not yet, though it'll make the upcoming holiday rather awkward if it sticks around.
