[Yuan sounds serious, tired, and grouchy. But doesn't he always?]
I've been down to the prisons. No one is left inside.
This has been a long time in coming. I know that many inside and outside the Peace Patrol have noticed its decline. The inaction, the indecisiveness, action too bold or too secretive when it was taken...a lack of focus. We tried to be everything we could possibly consider the castle needing to keep order, and in taking on so much, we began working at cross-purposes to one another.
This is the official annoucement, then: The Peace Patrol is disbanded, as of this entry. The main headquarters area will be repurposed as a general information and gathering center, and remain secure in case of emergencies. Those who have materiel in headquarters, please claim it; anything that remains by the end of the week will be stored securely elsewhere.
Those who still have an interest in making the castle a better and safer place for others, I encourage you to do so. The remaining facilities are at your service - use them as you see fit. Form your own groups, if you choose, but any groups so formed will be better off starting fresh without the stain of association with the Patrol in any case. I will not be forming my own, nor will I be joining any such group myself, but if anyone would like assistance with something specific, I'm willing to hear you out.
[Martel]
Have you got a minute?

[Doctor]
Might I prevail upon you for storage space for some of the things Tony left behind? I can't think of anywhere more secure to put it than the TARDIS.
[/Doctor]
((OOC: So that's finished. I checked, and Legato has been moved. Anyone else who was still in the prison, please assume that your character woke up in bed in their room at the castle, or wherever else you please - we're going with 'the castle did it' on this one, just to bring closure to the whole mess.))

[Well this changes some things for sure.]

[That said, he's going in to retrieve Tony's red sunlight lamps from storage. Definitely not leaving those with no security on where they're going or who would have control over them.]

[he's ... not even going to think about the rest of the announcement, right now. he'd just barely gotten back in good spirits, after all, and to start thinking about how fruitless and pointless all his hard work was, in the end, without much in the way of apology to him ... well.
he's not going to think about it.]

...I wish I could have done better. In the end, I wasn't the leader they needed, and with everything now...it's better to let them start fresh. It has to be.

Of course. I'll gladly take the suit left to me, the steam powered vehicle I was helping him with and whatever else you need moved.

You make the effort to bring us all together, and now that it's going to shit, you call it a STAIN? Sounds like you're just giving up.
[TCH. he is officially disgusted with you, now] I thought you had bigger balls than that.
Dictated
I was wrong. I wasn't the leader needed to make it happen, and as things stand, letting others begin afresh seems like the best course of action for everyone's sake.
Call me names if you like, but if it makes you so angry, better that you use that energy to begin your own effort. For my part, I'm done pretending to be a hero.

I'm sorry it didn't work out, Yuan. Even more so that I couldn't do more to help. I feel I may have done quite the opposite, in the end there.
I don't intend on dissolving Chimera, however, and I far as I am concerned you are more than welcome to be a part of it.
Felix
I have considered resigning from Chimera as well. It would probably be for the best, considering. ...But I don't want to abandon you in your work, either. ...I may take a leave of absence from its activities for a time, if that's all right.

Thank you... for always working so hard to protect everyone.
Colettte
Don't, Colette. ...I've failed in yet another endeavor. The best thing now is just to move forward and not dwell on what I've done or not done in the past. Just to make the future less of a painful embarrassment.

Still. I'm glad someone tried.
