[Crowley hasn't been back in to Casa Guts since the Even Horizon mess. He's stayed away, giving South time to deal with what the castle had made him do to her, to find some security in her life again. But now she's given him the all clear, he's gone back to what is undoubtedly somewhere he can call home.

He wanders the rooms at first, noting any changes, checking on his housemates without making it look like he's openly doing so, and eventually, he heads back to his room
]

Okay, you leafy little fuckers, you might of had a holiday, but now I'm back, you'd better pick up any slack those sissys let you -

[He pauses, noticing the black lab sitting with his menagerie. He frowns, confused, heading over to his already open journal and flicking through the pages desperately. He'd been in such a self-involved state for so long, this had slipped him by]

When did Lana leave the castle?

[Lloyd is panting, obviously out of breath from all the running he's been doing. But, going to Colette's old room confirmed his suspicion. He sounds incredibly upset-- and who wouldn't be? He's relieved because now, now she can travel with him like he promised, but... but... all her unfinished work here, all of her friends...]

Colette... Colette's gone. [He swallows hard. He's not sure what else to add.] Don't worry about her. She's journeying with me, so she's not alone.

-- I'm sorry.

[That's all he can muster. He's too upset to continue, so he shuts the journal with a snap and flees elsewhere before someone can catch him.]

[Filtered Away From Sunny Baudelaire]

To My Fellow Residents,

It is never a pleasant thing to lose the company of a friend or loved one... I am sure most of you know the experience well from your time here in Paradisa, if not from you lives before, as well. Those who are left behind must pick up the pieces and carry on as best they can. But sometimes there are holes that cannot completely be accounted for... In this case, the knowledge and expwrience of caring for a young child. While my remaining ward, Sunny, is presently experiencing the pros and cons of having the body and full vocabulary of a young woman, I am not certain how long this twist of fate will last, and shall soon have to care for her as her proper age of two. Though Sunny is a very smart and resourceful girl, capable of doing much children her own age cannot, there are still bound to be things she will need that I may find myself unprepared for. Though I have never been fond of the idiom "it takes a village to raise a child", the advice of a castle may still be of infinite use, and greatly appreciated.

With all due respect,

I've been here for about a month now... gotten accustomed to this place, learning the layout of the castle, things like that... Still not quite used to those "events" but I doubt I ever will be.

I think I've vacationed long enough. If I'm not going to be leaving anytime soon, I might as well get a job before I go stir crazy.

I'd prefer a security position. I was in the U.S. Military so it's... kind of all I know. I can do other things but combat, defending, patrolling are where my skills mostly lie. If anyone's hiring, let me know.

Thanks.

[Before he ends the entry, Raiden remembers he should probably introduce himself]

The name's Raiden, by the way.

Gooooooooooooooooooood evening, Paradisa. This is Barney Stinson, President of the Awesomeness Committee, and I am pleased to inform you that we will be having our Grand Relaunch Barbecue And All Out Awesomefest this Saturday. It's being held by myself and the smokin' hot and super-awesome Lucrezia Borgia, and if you think a party should have it, it'll be there.

We'll be holding it from the lawn all the way in to the pool, so bring your bikinis, your sunscreen, your appetite, and your dancing shoes. Everyone's invited, and everyone's everyone oughta be there.

With any luck, we won't end up with any cars in the ditches or people doing the Dead Man's Float in the pool, but other than that, F. Scott Fitzgerald couldn't throw a better party than this one. Trust me. It's gonna be legen --

Wait for it...
