[The first thing he noticed was that the ceiling had suddenly changed. This would normally be an odd thing to take note of, especially right off the bat. However, this was decidedly not a normal circumstance as one, he was in the process of falling over backwards, and two, massive blood loss is enough to make anyone’s thought process a bit off-kilter. The second thing he noticed was that the fall seemed to be taking an unusually long amount of time, but impacting with something that he was surprised to note was decidedly not the floor cut that thought short.

As he lies there more than slightly dazed, he faintly appreciates the fact that the not-floor seems to be fairly warm.]

Anyone paying attention to the journals might find a suspicious bloody stain in a page corner. ]

[He follows her instructions. But really, the lobsters are actually there? He's not sure whether this is better or worse than mere hallucinations. ...No, it's definitely worse. That means that whether he was home or not, something was horribly, horribly wrong with the world.]

[Martel steps back and casts on him as quickly as she can, hoping to slow the bleeding and stop him from passing out.] Revitalize!

[ Duke doesn't bother moving after the weight of the man was off him, because he's focusing on another spell, having registered that he'd smelled stomach fluids. ]

... Stop Flow. [ He's targeting Dhaos to be frozen, so it should help, right? ]

[That actually does help, as she casts Revitalize again and then goes to check on him, kneeling next to him.] Still with us? [The bleeding has slowed considerably.]

[She receives a sort of affirmative grunt in response. It felt like he could breath much more easily too, so the damage to his lung and diaphragm should be mostly healed. Now if only his stomach weren't in two pieces...]

... Can cast again, if needed. [ He.. can't really tell if it is. ]

[She's noticing that now, too. Stomach wounds are tricky. She's casting Healing Circle on him, because she's not sure if she has enough for another Revitalize. Hopefully that's good enough to move him.] We have to get him to the clinic. Healing magic can only do so much.

[He's really struggling to keep conscious now. Some of his lower left ribs were shattered, but that's probably a bit less important than leaking intestinal fluid, and he just can't seem to muster the energy to speak anyhow. This green haired woman though. She seems...almost familiar somehow...]

... perhaps best if do so to get him there. [ Duke pushes himself up to a sit and.. Ew. He's.. really.. sticky. ]

[Martel drags as much mana from the atmosphere as she can, and casts Revitalize on him once more, trying to heal up his stomach so they can move him.] If I support you, do you think you can walk?

[Unfortunately, he can't hear you anymore since he finally passed out. It looks like that last Revitalize has his stomach back in one piece more or less so he'd probably be fine if you had Duke give him a piggy back or carry him princess style.]

......? [ Duke's really bad at this part, but carefully trying to find Dhaos' face and...

... Do not know how to speed along production of blood, perhaps best if... [ Should he try getting up now, or in a moment, holding onto the unconscious person? ]

[She's an angel, with angelic strength, but she's pretty sure Duke has this handled.] If you want to carry him, you can, but I can do it as well.

.... Debatable, if I should. Pros, already a mess. Uncertain of strength. Cons, stop flow is slow to cast, if wish to keep certain he does not progress toward worse would not be best. Somewhat straining, carrying after periods of casting. Stop Flow is somewhat taxing. [ It's a quick succession of mumbled thought process, as he carefully feels for where the damage was on the unconscious man.

And his attention goes to Martel as he half pulls the man against him. ]

Perhaps best if you do. Can cast stop flow, catch part of the way up, repeat. Prevent his personal time from matching pace of ours, slow any bleeding that is left.

Okay. [She slides over, sliding an arm under his shoulders and supporting his back with his head on her shoulders and she lifts him up easily. He's a bit tall for this, but it's the only way.]

[ Duke listens to the sounds of movement and.. yeah, that sounds like she's got him easily enough.

And he's never really tried to... spam Stop Flow, but it's not going to stop him from trying.

Although the closer to the clinic, the more asleep on his feet he may seem. Even with carefully regathering up all the magic he'd just expended in the spell, it was straining. ]

Only cast if you have the strength, Duke. I don't need you passing out on me too. [She can't carry him too.]

... Recover quickly.... [ He's not going to deny being rather tired by this. ]
