[Kanji's voice sounds worried and sad when it comes over the journals, along with the sounds of something else.]

Couple things. I can't find Eridan anywhere. Anybody seen him? I'm hoping he just lost his journal or something.

[There's a highpitched "Tiktiktik" that interrupts him.]

And two, I guess. These things what I think they are? I mean, the little guy looks it but you never know.

Ah my, I can't say he seemed like the kind to collect too many of those.

I'd say to check his door... he has been quiet for a bit, even if it's not that long. But obviously that's impossible right now.

Well, it's weird that he wouldn't make noise about a world change. I'm sure he'd have something to say about this... but he could just be on a loss. The best thing to do will be wait til the castle changes back and check his room then.

I hate that about this place. Always takin' all kinds of shit from us. There's gotta be something to do so we don't gotta just take it.

Well I hope so! It would be nice if we could figure out how to work with the place eventually, instead of just being towed around by it. I'm not holding my breath but it's better than giving up.

Asano Rin. I've been here for a while so this has happened a few times. [To say the least.] But it's always terrible! I'm sorry your friend is gone...

Yeah. I get it. [She just kind of... shoves the conversation along. Get through emotional pain by walking right over it, that's the way.]

Well, if he comes back, then you can make friends with him again, right? And there's a chance he could even come back and remember this place...

Yeah, yeah. I could. If we were friends the first time, it'll happen again, even if he don't remember. But you really think he'll remember?

I don't know! Don't get your hopes up too high about that yet... we still don't know anything about why that's happening or how often it will happen.

[Not that they know a lot about ANYTHING, but... still.]
