[Behind the doors leading into the kitchen, ballroom, and dining room today are a secret surprise. Mostly air horns duct taped to the walls, so when the doors are opened, the horn will BLARE LOUDLY.
It turns out Crowley is a touch more upset about Jilly leaving than he's let on, and so is making everyone else suffer for of it. He might be hanging around the crime scenes, too. With earplugs in.
Just waiting for someone to accidentally trip his trap]

Through their telepathic link, Dairine’s wizard manual supplies the word she needs. Slowly, Dairine begins to recite a very familiar spell in her head, filling in the air horn’s information where needed. She’s being very careful not to bring attention to what she’s up to.]

And then Dair wonders if he IS the Lone Power. Welp.
Three syllables left.]
Haven’t you ever wondered if there might be better ways to be creative than just screwing around with life?
[Two. One.
And the air horn is gone, tape and all.]
lawl
[Notices that] Hey! Don't go pissing about with my things!

[Dairine gives him a confused look, as if she has no idea what on Earth he's talking about. Totally innocent here.]

What makes you think I have anything of yours?

And Dairine continues to think he's a version of the Lone Power...
Supposedly "ambivalent" is on the list, but you sure make it difficult to believe that one.
heh
In fairness, the Lone One /was/ the snake in her canon.

Yes! Finally an excuse to use that line! >:3
Fairest and fallen, greetings and defiance.
heee
Oh, this is going to be good
It means exactly what it says. “Hi, here’s the standard polite greeting before I beat you, you fallen Power that has Been.”

[Crowley tilts his head to one side]
I think you have me confused with somebody else.

...Or, like Cole, works (or worked) under the Lone One.]
What's your name?
