[despite the cold, there's a pony sitting on the roof tonight. A book describing a few of Paradisa's constellations lies open next to her as she peers at the night sky with a rather critical eye. The journal lies discarded on her other side as she sets the quill and ink next to a few pages ripped from the journal.]
Even the stars are different. [it's definitely not her night sky. A quiet sigh.]
What an odd world.
[heavenly bodies moving about by themselves? Simply unheard of.
Then there's just the sound of quill on paper as she gazes at the stars slowly wheeling above her.
And if anypony bothers looking out tonight? The stars seem to be shining just a bit more brightly than usual - just because she can.]
[[ooc: open in person or over the journal!]]

[Jade took a look around briefly, then back to her.]
'Happy to surprise.'
