[Katara has never had issue with the beds in Paradisa. They were warm, comfortable, but as snug and content as she is in the blankets, she can sense that there’s something maybe just a little off. There’s pressure against her arm and side - something is cuddling her.
Momo isn’t in Paradisa. So what in the world —
She shifts just a little, groggily opening her eyes and looking to the side.
Oh. It was Joshua.
Joshua was cuddling her. Of course.]
[Katara flings herself back, knocking her journal off of the bedside table — and this is where it begins transmitting. She screams.]
What are you doing in my room? What are you doing in my bed? [Her voice just gets shriller and shriller.] Out, out, out, out, out!
[ And while anyone listening might expect just as loud of a reaction (After all this is a rather commonplace scenario here, isn't it?) from whoever is invading the poor girl's bed, instead there's just a soft grunt of irritation. He's half-asleep and not placing the voice, but the shriek sure sounds familiar. He mutters groggily, ]
Huh, Langley...?
Joshua?!
[Another shuffling sound, and the sound abruptly stops as Katara scoops the journal off the floor.]

Please go get her. She'll come running, I'm certain.

--Colette spoke really fondly of him. Maybe you should ask if she wants to see him?

[ Then, looking down to Katara and lowering his voice. Oh hi you're close. ]
You spoke to Colette about me? What did she say?
no subject
[-- sort of. Not really. She knows Colette, but she addresses Zelos again.]
Let us know what she says, okay?
no subject
Sure! You'll be hearing from one of us soon~!

I'm fine. But a week of this will be irritating.

[hmm..... castle you are so weird] Maybe you'll get to know each other better? It could be fun!

[ He steps back then, one hand gripping the doorknob. ]
Hey Colette, I want you to hit the door on the count of three, okay? I'll pull from this side.
no subject
Okay! Do you think we can break it?
no subject
[ Just kick it as hard as you did Joshua's ribs that one time, Colette. B| ]
One... Two... Three!

HNNNNNG]

Except all it does is open the door the tiniest of cracks like before and...Joshua pulls off the doorknob. ]
Oh whoops. She's going to get loud about this.

Did something break?
no subject
Nothing important... I figured that wouldn't work, but it was worth a shot.
no subject
Um...I don't know Katara very well, but she seems really nice! You've met her before this, right?

no subject
Does she... you two won't have to fight, right?
no subject
Handy with water, though.
[ Stepping to the side, he glances out through the small opening. ]
I learned how to crack eggs.

Really? I thought you didn't like cooking?
