Hello! I don't know if you remember me... um, but we talked for a little bit while you were picking flowers. I was wondering if you were able to give them to your friend?

I know it's been a long time since we last spoke... but I never really thanked you for helping me. I'm sorry it's taken me so long, but wanted to say- thank you.

[Colette lets out a happy sigh, and leans back against a tree. With such a beautiful spring day, she's packed a tiny fruit-based picnic lunch, found a tree to sit under, and is enjoying the lovely day. After eating a little bit she pulls the journal over, and opens it to a new page]

I'm sorry if this is a very strange question... but I was wondering, does anyone pray here? [after all, Father Abel opened a church... there must be some people who needed a place to pray]

Oh, but I also know it's a really personal question! If it's something that you wouldn't want to talk about, that's okay too... I was just curious.

[she laughs sheepishly as she continues to eat her food. She'll fall silent and wait for someone to reply... Feel free to either reply over the journal, of have your character pass by in person :3]

I would never have dreamed it possible.

[Considering that she's had reunions here that wouldn't be possible in her own world?]

It can. That is one thing to be grateful for, I suppose.

[She actually laughs at that!] It would be a refreshing change.

No more than in my own home. [Which is a lot. But that's beside the point. She doesn't want pity.]

But I have seen others suffer here.

Hard times breed hard men. [Like the men in her life. Hard Northern men, capable of withstanding the winter that is to come.]
