So, I woke up this morning to find all my stuff cleaned up and arranged and put away. Since there's no one else who could've would've done that but you, I have questions: 1. Why? 2. When? 3.
[And, as promised, Carson is wading through the snow as quickly as possible, tugging two blankets out of his medical kit. The first is draped around Edgeworth's shoulders as Carson drops down to his knees.
He pulls out a hand-held device, which lights up, and starts beeping. Carson slowly moves the scanner up and down Phoenix's body.]
Mr. Wright, can you hear me?
[He puts the scanner down, opening Phoenix's eyes to shine a light in to see if his pupils dilate]
[Phoenix doesn't stir in the slightest. Edgeworth's hand and clothes are bloody from attempting to stop the flow of blood from his head with his palm. He chokes back sobs, and beseeches Carson with a quivering voice..]
Doctor...
...It would be the greatest service to me right now... if you could provide me the assurance that I have not killed my best friend....
[Carson is pulling bandages out from his bag to bind Phoenix's head. He's not going to mention the severity of the bleeding, or the bad concussion that his Ancient Scanner was picking up.]
[Well, seems like Edgeworth got the light part of the bargain...The legs aren't heavy at all. He assists in heaving him up onto the stretcher. He is still shaky, however, and feels as though he could buckle over at any moment...knowing that it would be no help to Phoenix, he perseveres...]
[When they reach the clinic, Carson gets some of the other people there to help transfer Phoenix to a bed. He then bustles about, getting various things ready, setting his notes from the scan outside on the table next to the bed.]
He should be fine. I don't think he'll need stitches or anything. A few bruised ribs, but other than that...

...Yes...Yes, you're right...
