...Did you honestly just use the word 'woo'? What year are you even from? [That might be actually helpful.]

Well, yes. That is the term for it. Unless you'd rather I say I'm attempting to court you, but that- [Sounds like he wants to marry you or something. He just moves on.]

What are you talking about? I know you drink, maybe a little too much sometimes and for the wrong reasons. Your best friend is Steve. You're from... 1944. You grew up in an orphanage and so did Steve, but you refused to be adopted without the other being adopted as well. Your sister was adopted early on.

Bucky, did you listen to a single fucking word I said? I don't normally give a fuck about anything. I just float around uselessly, doing nothing worthwhile. But for once, I'm making an effort. Because I like you.

Well, you chose the wrong person. You should find someone else less broken. [Yes, he is broken. Or at least thinks he is. He's trying to push him away.]

Ah... so you... heard that, hm? Oh dear, yes. Not my best moment, I'm afraid.

[He huffs at that. He finally, finally found someone who's making him happy, and he thought he was making him happy. And he's not going to let someone he cares about just slip through his fingers.]

Where are you? What room?

[blue_sniper]

[He's on the roof. He's always on the roof when he wants to hide from people. But he's not going to tell you that if he doesn't want to be found. Good luck, Chaucer.]

[thetrudger]

You can't just seal yourself away from everyone. If you won't tell me, I'll just have to find you myself.

[And with that he's off, checking his tower for Bucky's room. He doesn't have to look far. He knocks on the door a few times before letting himself in. He looks around the room for Bucky before determining he isn't there.

He goes down, searching the lobby, the kitchen, the seasons room. Until he comes to his senses and remembers where Bucky went to drink. The roof. Maybe...

He hurries up the stairs. It's taken him about forty minutes to figure it out, but he's just as worked up as he was when he spoke to Bucky. With a huff, he stalks over to where Bucky's sitting and plunks down beside him.

And before he can say anything stupid or idiotic, Chaucer grabs his face and kisses him.]

[Bucky didn't actually expect Chaucer to actually find him. Only a few people know he goes to hide on the roof. And he certainly wasn't expecting that kiss at all. his mind actually goes blank as he kisses him back for a good few moments until he remembers and pulls away, standing up and putting some distance between them.]

How did you even find me?
