[good morning, Paradisa. when everyone's journals jumped into their hands, this particular Ghostbuster was asleep ... so he woke up with a journal tucked under his arm instead of his stuffed Mr. Stay Puft. now that he's over the initial confusion, he's perusing the new transcriptions in the library, with a big mug of cocoa]

I know a lotta people are talking about this, so I'm sorry if this is beating a dead horse - no offense, Equestrians, oops - but the PKE reading on my journal is just the same as it was yesterday, and the baseline castle energy levels are the same. From a strictly statistical point of view, it doesn't look like we're in any trouble. It's just that we've lost old data... but knowing Paradisa, that'll turn up eventually, anyway. I'm in the library right now, if anyone wants to come and help me look....

'So far as I've seen, that seems to be the case. They also don't seem to have too many limits as of yet concerning what they affect.'

Not really, no. It's kind of creepy. It's even made people lose themselves enough to kill other residents, before.

Uh - the last time I know of was a little before I actually got here. I just remember reading about it. So ... not often.

'That's at least a bit better, however, still a worry considering the power some of the residents have.'

Yeah, it kinda is ... but we've got the Peace Patrol to keep everyone safe, and the residents themselves seem to be pretty forgiving when that kinda thing happens. Most everyone knows it's not the person's fault, it's the castle's.

'Regardless of the cause, it'll be worrisome if a more powerful person is driven to kill.

Though, that's bridge we'll cross if it comes.'

Yeah ... hey, have you met anyone else on the Peace Patrol yet? You sound like someone who might be interested.

'I've no idea who's on it. I've never had a reason to check before.'

Spells, huh? Have you heard about Chimera yet? It's kinda like the magic branch of the Patrol.

However, Chimera sounds interesting.'

They work together on a lotta things ... filter to a guy named Felix Harrowgate, he can give you more information, since I'm not actually part of that one.
