[Since the unexpected trip to Paris, Renee has been spending her time split between two modes. The first being her detective mode, which had her visiting the library for hours every day, trying to find something with just a hint of why they'd been brought here or how to escape. These trips usually ended with her face down on the table and large stacks of books surrounding her.

The second mode being her ass kicking mode, which is why every trip to the library ended with her storming off to the gym to beat the crap out of some punching bags and any other assortment of gym equipment. But even that only went so far to diminishing her frustration. She needed to find a sparring partner. Which is the thought that lead her to open her journal.]

Is there anyone up for a spar in the gym? The punching bags just aren't doing it for me today.

[True to her word, Phoebe shows up at the gym a few minutes later. She's wearing sweats and a sports bra, looking around]

[Renee spots her as she comes in from her place by the punching bags. She ways her over.]

So, where would you say your strengths lay?

Hi. [She approaches, smiling] I'm Phoebe.

And I'm trained in a few forms of hand to hand combat. I can use a sword, too, though I'm sure my technique's probably pretty rusty, there.

Sure, I'll be there in a bit. No large companies to keep track of here means a lot more free time.

That should be something to celebrate. It'll give you plenty of time to get in touch with your inner teen.

Maybe after the gym we'll even have a few sodas and watch a few hours of mindless TV.
