[Molotov had really been expecting it to happen a little earlier. But when she wakes up, she notices the distinct sound of playing. In a room that had been mostly sealed up until now. She throws her robe on, then goes to make sure that her suspicions are correct.]

Mama!

[Molotov holds her arms out for the now-three-year-old Andropov, and lifts her up.]

Let's go wake up Daddy, huh?

[Later on, the three are out and about, doing... family stuff. Molotov mostly wants to lord the fact that her child is perfect and wonderful and gorgeous over people. Come say hi?]

Castle likes some people more than others, I guess. It picks and chooses all the time for no real reason.

[molotov]

This is one of the things it does that is not so bad.

[assassino]

Well, I suppose you would want to carry your family line on swiftly after marriage. [Smile.] Congratulations... I'm sure you will be beautiful parents.

[samson]

Well, people can't have kids for real here. Right? [Glancing at Molotov for confirmation, this is a thing, right?]

Anyway, this is the second year we've had Andy with us. [Patting her little head :')]

[molotov]

[Andy buries her face in the side of Brock's leg!

Molotov lights up a cigarette.] I have never heard of anyone having children here.

[assassino]

Because no one ages, I imagine... but then how does the town populate itself?

[He squats down to Andy's level, smiling. Why are you so afraid, kidlet? Your mom's fearless. Your dad, too.]

Salve, little one.

[molotov]

[She was shy last year, too. She just likes Mama and Daddy, strangers are bad.

But she peeks at Ezio, curling her fist in Brock's pant leg.]

What is salbe?

[assassino]

"Salve!" It means "hi".

[molotov]

That isn't Russian.

[Russian being the only non-English language she can actively identify.]

[assassino]

[How do you talk to children.]

I suppose it isn't! Mostly because it is Italian.

[molotov]

Italian like macaroni and cheese?

[Molotov glances over.] Andropov, macaroni and cheese is American. Italian like spaghetti.

[assassino]

Well, macaroni is Italian, but yes. [He smiles.] And you are Russian like potatoes?

[molotov]

Half-Russian. And I am not potatoes!

[assassino]

Your mother eats so many I'm surprised you aren't at least a quarter potato. [He glances up at Molotov and grins... even though he's in a perfect position to be kicked in the face. Then he glances at Samson:]

What is your heritage, Samson? American?

[samson]

[Brock has been trying to nudge Andy off his leg this whole time. STOP BEING SO SHY.]

Uh, well, Americans come from all over the place, so. I'm mostly Swedish.

[He turns to Molotov -- who is probably the smartest one in this conversation, Molotov help him --] How does that work, is she half-Russian, half-American? Or half-Russian, quarter-Swedish ...?

[molotov]

Are we being technical here? Half-Russian, quarter-Swedish, eighth-Polish and eighth-Winnebago. But does it matter that much?

[assassino]

Winnebago?

[samson]

They're Native Americans. Like, from before Europeans got there.

[molotov]

Was it your grandfather or your grandmother, Samson? Do you know?

[assassino]

Did the Native Americans have their own countries, then? I was under the impression that America is very large, and only had one kind of people.

[samson]

[He shrugs at Molotov. ]

Nah, there's a bunch of different tribes ... they have different languages and cultures and whatever, but not really countries. Everybody else is descended from immigrants, so we're kind of like a big ... mix of everything.

[molotov]

Samson is actually on the less diluted side. Most Americans have so many different countries running through their veins that they cannot even trace them all.

[assassino]

[He's surprised.]

I did not know that there were so many descended from Europeans.

[samson]

Well, Asia and Africa, too. Everywhere, pretty much.

[molotov]

Mostly Europe. People descended from Europeans are the majority in America.

[Andropov, ever the adult, plops down on the ground and sighs. Grown-ups are so boring.]
