[There's a group of young women making quite a fuss in town today, Paradisa, around ten or so all standing around something. Whatever it is, they're giving it their full attention.

So should you find this odd and push passed them, you may find a young man sitting in the middle of all of this commotion, neatly dressed in a black suit, blue shirt and yellow tie, clearly enjoying all of this attention.]

Ah, everyone...I'm so touched by your kindness. Having all of you here really helps cure the pain of my loneliness. After my sister died, I never thought I'd feel the warmth of such kind and gentle souls like yourselves ever again...and yet...here you all are, taking time out of your busy schedules to comfort me.

[The group gives makes a collective, sympathetic sound, each one speaking at once in an attempt to say something comforting.

Urataros, meanwhile, is so pleased he has a bunch of idiots he can sucker with a fake sob story to get so much attention from all these women.

He really, really missed doing things like this.]

All I had in mind was a walk around the city and some conversation.

My only reason for speaking with these people was...well, I have no friends at the castle. I'm lonely.

I'm a little on the shy side when it comes to the residents, most of the ones I've met are rather intimidating.

Though I'm never one to make a young lady uncomfortable. If you wish to leave, please feel free. I wouldn't force anyone to do anything they wouldn't like to do.

Sorry. It's just... where I'm from, if someone's offering their hand like that it usually means more than just a friendly chat.

[She looks him over again] You look really familiar. Do you have a brother or something?

Oh, it's understandable. There are a lot of dishonest people out there, hmhm. It's no different in my world.

[She shakes her head, shrugging]

Yeah... I guess so. So, uh, what were you looking for, just someone to hang out with or something?

[She shrugs] Well I'm s'posed to be at work... but I guess I could hang out with you for a little while.

[Now he's genuinely surprised. Why bother working in a place like paradisa?]

At the art gallery here in town. I'm an artist and I helped spruce the place up. After it was fixed up I just kinda stayed on.
