[It's Art Time with Neal Caffrey again, castle. He's bored out of his mind, so he's taken to sketching something in the journal. It doesn't seem like much at first, but eventually it will start to take the shape of this.

He was always a little partial to Degas.

He gets about halfway through, before there's a small frustrated noise and he scribbles a quick filter.]

Is there a chance that any of you are up for a walk?

[Neal is feeling a bit restless]

I haven't been to the gallery in a while, if you're interested.

I think I'd enjoy that. [She smiles over at him.]

[nods, before pointing in the direction of the building]

It's right over here.

[youfallback]

[Carolina nods, heading into the building with him. She takes a glance around at the paintings, feeling a little out of her element. Give her an obstacle course or mats to spar on any day.]

[he notices that out of place look, before giving her a small smile]

Art is easy. Don't try to read too much into it. Just see how it makes you feel.

Got it. [She grins over at him before heading to the first piece. The bright colors are really what attract her attention first and she focuses on how those fill her with warmth, making her feel comfortable and calm.]

[Neal wanders a bit himself, looking for the new pieces and seeing if there's anything he likes.]

[For the most part, Carolina sticks pretty close, mostly so he doesn't get suddenly sent back to the Castle, lingering at a couple pieces every now and then to try soaking up some feelings from the work.]

[Stops in front of one of the new pieces, and tips his head to the side as he studies it]

[Watching him, Carolina tries to to figure out how he's studying the painting. Maybe she's not doing it right, maybe there's some technical factor that she's missing.]

[glances over, with a small smile]

You like this one?

[youfallback]

It feels different from the others. [Which is the truth, as it stirs up a whole different set of emotions in her, but she'd rather get his opinion on the matter.] What about you?

[nods]

Definitely. You can tell that the artist is trying to convey something specific.

[youfallback]

[Carolina pauses at Neal's words, slowly piecing together what he means. The use of particular colors had seemed odd to her before, but with that new insight, the painting seems to come to life.]

Think I see what you mean.

See? Art isn't that hard. Just a matter of looking at it the right way.
