What exactly is the Danger Room? I know it's a place to train, but not much more beyond that.

If it's interesting, I might want a key, too.

It's an advanced training room designed to wear you out. And by "you", I mean it was specifically designed for people with superpowers, so it'll knock the tar out of anyone who cranks the difficulty up without realizing it.

It is designed to adapt to the powers of whoever's using it and then challenge their weak points. It's pretty smart, for a twentieth-century creation.

But I don't have any weak points. I'm a final boss, remember?

Well, it does have this thing programmed in called the Hulk, for when you absolutely need a challenge.

[No lie. He watched Hellion try to beat that thing, and it was practically invincible.]

I suppose that sounds slightly promising...

I guess it's a training place for people with powers far beyond the human spectrum, and basically beats the crap out of you when you least suspect it.

I got a key a while ago from a resident who left, but I haven't been down there too often.

What kind of training is it, though? How does it work?

And just how good is it? "Beyond human" is pretty broad.

I hope it's not disappointing. It's been a few years since I got to flex my muscles, so to speak.

...You know, with the level of destruction we see around here, that kind of makes me wonder how much property damage you get in your world.

A lot more than here. Especially if Jack Rakan is involved. [ Or her student. Or her. But whatevs. Rakan's the main culprit. ]

I hope he doesn't show up. He's one person from my world I'd rather not deal with.

I froze him in a block of ice and dumped him in the middle of the ocean. He got back to my castle before I did.

Yeah, sounds like the kind of guy we'd need to keep an eye on.

He's not as dangerous, but he's a jerk.

Well, there are a lot of jerks here already, you know. But I will.

I have a key, if you want to use it. It's just a good place to really let loose with your abilities, so I hear. I haven't used it that much.
