With Johanna showing up, I figured it was about time we got ourselves situated right. So here's where we all stand in the grand scheme of when we come from back home. Finnick wins the star prize, as you can see.

Not sure about when the Clove kid comes from, but given she's got an expiry date, it can't be much later than that. I've been trying to see if there's any pattern to it, but so far, I have a whole heap of nothing. Other than the fact this castle's favourite place to pull us is closely linked to the explosion in the Quarter Quell.
