[You know... Aradia's friends are right. She can't mope about the past forever, and all the new historical information has pinged her inner archaeologist (which, incidentally, is also her outer archaeologist) so brightly that she can't help feeling a little excited. And more like herself again, even if she feels a tiny bit guilty about feeling better. Feels are complicated.

Thus, she has drawn a colorful crayon sign into the journal, and hung up copies of it all over the castle probably right next to Nepeta's flyers:]

Well uhh...you know how I just recently finished Chrysalis? What I was thinking of doing was installing some kind of control station, so that a person could monitor what it's seeing all the time, and take direct control of it for defense if necessary. I mean...Chrysalis can act on it's own just fine, but I'd feel better knowing that I wasn't the only one with access to it's control system. I mean...it doesn't have to be up here, if you've got a more secure location here in the outpost. I dunno...it was just a thought.

[Somehow, he managed to get that whole thing out in practically one breath, and now he's helping himself to some of the beans he brought too, because they're tasty, and he was getting hungry just holding them in his lap.]

Yeah, absolutely! Of course, pretty much anywhere would be more secure than up here. Actually, now that you mention it - I've got some rooms that are kind of out of the way, and I wasn't really sure what I was gonna do with them yet. I'm sure we could set up a control room back there.

That'd be great, actually! We could set it up with some kinda secure access system, so that only people with the right clearance can actually go in, and anyone we trust with access...then I can teach them how to use the system, or at least how to arm Chrysalis in case of an emergency, until I get ZEKE and REX built.
