Afternoon, Gale. Settled into the castle well enough?
[ filter; clove ]
Hello, Clove.
[ those two filters done and set up, the stylist settles into the couch he has decided to occupy in the castle lobby today. he has a set of various pencils by him, as well as sketchbooks, and is lost in his ownmadness world at the moment. he is periodically looking up and at residents floating in and out and taking details here and there. feel free to be nosy or catch him studying you intently! ]

[ He finishes coloring the blazer, answering her question as he goes for another color to add in some detail next to the blazer. ]
You could say that. Really, I have enjoyed the various types of clothing the residents here sport and decided to do some people-watching while being inspired.

You're clearly a fast one.
[Though you could never take the sarcasm away from her. It was her best quality though! Moving around to the front of the couch, Johanna settles next to him, legs tucked under her. She takes one of the colors he's not using and twirls it with her fingers. She's quite skilled at it, since it's essentially like a twig. Twirling those was one of those things you pick up to pass the time in her districts.]
Fashion was one of the things I've just started watching. [It didn't really need to be said that it had only started when she became a Victor. Fashion was something more of a luxury in the districts after all. At lest, high fashion was.]

Thank you.
[ The stylist sets the pencils into their container so she is comfortable, paying attention to the twirling pencil in her fingers for a quick second before switching to another pencil now. ]
And what did you think of the fashion of the Capitol?
no subject
Over the top. Stuff changing all the time. It's something to get them distracted from asking more personal questions though. You know, when you're trying to get gifts for the tributes.

An excellent tactic. The other stylists could talk about the absurd fashion for days.

Not just them. sponsors love it when you know who they're wearing, what little trinkets are in fashion, the whole nine yards. They still believe that weak persona I had going.
(She rested her head on his shoulder.)
I bet you knew better.

He shakes his head as he chuckles softly. ] Oh, anything will please those attention-seeking grubs.
no subject
Grubs? I like it.
[She stops twirling the pencil, tapping it on her lips.]
Soul sucking grubs. [Johanna takes a moment to sit.] Can I borrow a sheet of paper, Cinna?

It takes her a few minutes, but she holds out a simple paper bird to him when she's done.]
Like it?

Ah, origami. ]
Yes. Do you enjoy doing origami?

It doesn't really seem like something that would catch on with them to me.

Where are you from, Cinna?

District Thirteen, Johanna.

Really?

Really.

Cinna. [but she didn't know what to say, so she just gave a small smile.] Thanks.
no subject
No thanks is necessary, Johanna.
no subject
Yeah, well, at lest now i get the chance to say something to you. [It was time to not be serious now though. Feelings are annoying really. it wasn't any good to have those kinds of things most of the time. Johanna stands and stretches out.]
But I get it. [TOPIC CHANGE.] Is there a way I can get a dress?
