[He glances down at Yfandes and then nods quickly.]

With four legs, she must be so quick!

_{[He smirked and retightened his grip.]}

Hold on to her mane, now.

_{[And with that Yfandes broke into an easy canter, smooth like riding a rocking horse back and forth. She snorted as she seemed to glide across the ground, Vanyel chuckling behind Konoe.]}

[He holds on to her mane at once, trying to not accidentally claw her like he would if he was climbing a tree.]

Amazing, it's a completely different way to move...

[Walk and trot was nothing like this!]

She can keep this up for a day or more if she needs to. I can even sleep at this pace if I want, she's so smooth.

A-amazing... I can't even run for half a day!

[Well, he could - and had. But not this easily.]

You can sleep like this? Wouldn't you fall?

I usually have a special saddle that I can strap myself into so I do not fall.

That way, you could probably travel all over in no time...

True. I would have to be out on circuit for several months at time, so it was an easy way to travel if I needed to get somewhere in a hurry.

[He loses his balance a little bit, so he quickly leans up again and holds on to Yfandes.]

_{[Yfandes snorted and broke, dropping down to a walk again, head bobbing, but otherwise not seeming to winded.]}

[He gently pats Yfandes neck with a soft smile as the horse slows down, and then he turns a bit to look at Vanyel.]

It's a good thing she's with you.

[Or he'd be lonely, wouldn't he? Empath cat worries.]

...it's nice to have friends like that.

It is. And you know, Yfandes and I are your friends too here, should you need us - or just want company.

[His ears perk at that, the tips twitching just slightly.]

We all need each other here, so it's no problem.

_{[For some reason, seeing those ears perk makes him feel good and he can only smile more.]}

So many cats do not care about other cats, so it feels really good to meet nice people in this place.

[He gently pets Yfandes.]

I feel like being here has taught me more than I've learned in my whole life.
