Day One: Party!

[it's the summer solstice and a huge group of demigods safely made it to camp. This is clearly a good omen for things to come. The camp is alive with music and dancing. The satyrs are jamming on their lutes and the tree nymphs come out of the trees to dance. Everybody's invited!

The party will go on long into the night. It's all for you guys, so have a blast!]

You're reading a book on Egyptian gods in a camp for Greek gods?

Yes. It's important to understand more of the world than we're taught. Although most people think the Egyptians are only legends.

Quite right. I wouldn't be surprised if those gods were real.

[He seems very pleased to have a willing audience.] They're hardly ever seen, but they are out there. MacFeegle's Guide recorded a sighting of Ra only last week by a blind man in England.

[He nods, and sorts through the stack of materials at his side until he comes up with a suspiciously tabloidish magazine, which he proudly hands over to Hermione.]
