Day One: Party!

[it's the summer solstice and a huge group of demigods safely made it to camp. This is clearly a good omen for things to come. The camp is alive with music and dancing. The satyrs are jamming on their lutes and the tree nymphs come out of the trees to dance. Everybody's invited!

The party will go on long into the night. It's all for you guys, so have a blast!]

[She shakes her head.] It's fine. I do actually like trees, you know. And the forest is actually very quiet.

Not many people do. But I do owe it for giving me a second chance.

You don't have to deal with flocks of ravens do you...?

[a pause] I suppose that's true.

[heal_theworld]

No... [That's a strange question to ask.] Why?

[wilder]

Oh, ehehe...we just had a flock of them in our cabin.

[heal_theworld]

...[She stares.] That's very...strange. Did you manage to get them out?

[wilder]

Some of them! I lured them out with bread crumbs!

[heal_theworld]

Bread crumbs usually work. Or just try to shoo them out. Unless they're supposed to be there. [But Martel sounds doubtful about that.]

One person said that, but I really rather not sleep with a bunch of birds.

[heal_theworld]

Understandable. So where are you going to sleep, if they're still there?

[wilder]

I dunno...maybe the roof. [he snickers a little]

[heal_theworld]

The forest's always open, Zelos, if you have to get away.

[wilder]

Are campers allowed out there?

[heal_theworld]

As far as I know. I'm not sure if people who live in the forest are allowed into the camp all the time, though.

Why wouldn't you be?

Supposedly there's a barrier. Or something. Since technically tree nymphs are supposed to stay in the forest.

[wilder]

That's stupid.

[heal_theworld]

Sadly, the castle makes the rules, not me.

[wilder]

Is there no way to beat it?

[heal_theworld]

The castle itself? No one knows. People have been trying for years.

[wilder]

Hm.

[That sure settled things...]

That's too bad. Are the woods nice, at least?

[heal_theworld]

Well, yes. Very peaceful and quiet. I grew up around forests, so I don't mind entirely. I just worry about people here.

[wilder]

In the camp?

Hmm...I don't want anything bad to happen, but things are a bit worrying.

[heal_theworld]

Of course in the camp. I have quite a few friends here.

I don't actually... trust this place very much.

[wilder]

That's alright...I don't either, not really.

[heal_theworld]

I know I may owe this castle, but...it causes as much problems as it does good things. [She sighs.]
