Day One: Party!

[it's the summer solstice and a huge group of demigods safely made it to camp. This is clearly a good omen for things to come. The camp is alive with music and dancing. The satyrs are jamming on their lutes and the tree nymphs come out of the trees to dance. Everybody's invited!

The party will go on long into the night. It's all for you guys, so have a blast!]

Yes, well, many things about this place are outside the norm.

Sam and I are in Hera's cabin. I'm apparently supposed to be a counselor.

I am, as well. It's nice to be able to spend time with him like this. [He grins] You should see him. He's beside himself with excitement.

[He chuckles.] I'm sure I'll find him around here somewhere. He's probably found Hesam or Dairine already.

[Alan nods, expression turning more thoughtful.] She mentioned it without realizing, and I asked about it. Born of wisdom.

Alan, man, you should've seen his face when he asked me to go to the lake and skip stones with him. [He shakes his head, a wistful smile on his face] It really brought me back.

[a beat] Born of wisdom, huh? Well that's as good at thing as any to be born of, I'm sure.

[He shakes his head.] I can imagine.

I'm glad for the chance. [Father and son time is important!]

Yeah. Sort of just appeared. Kinda like the ISOs.

Interesting. It's fascinating to think that that's happened in other worlds other than virtual ones.

Yeah, it is. Some aspects aren't so different, but others? They're worlds apart.

[He nods] There are a lot of things about this place are fascinating enough to keep me interested. I've been trying to talk with more people, learn more about the different worlds that have all suddenly collided.

Honestly? My favorite is still Earth. It's been so long since I've seen it that it almost feels like a different world, now.
